A Fresh Approach to Employee Professional Development
For the uninitiated, employee professional development is an effort that requires the cooperation of both the employee and the employer. Employee professional development provides access to new opportunities for growth within the organization.
When access to new opportunities created through employee development, is supported by the company, the company employees are more likely to be loyal and apply all their newly developed skills and knowledge to the success of their employer.
